Are lubricants harmful?
Some research has suggested that lubricants containing Parabens, a preservative agent, is linked to cancer. (More information is available here). Many lubricants on the market contain this ingredient, which has no benefit other than enhancing the shelf life of the product. Parabens are now banned in both Sweden and Japan.
